Hi, I'm Rose.
My name is Rose Lanter. I'm the managing broker and founder of Transitions Homes & Land. I’ve been in the real estate business since 1989. My journey began not just as a broker, but as someone deeply committed to helping people navigate housing transitions with clarity and care. Early in my career, I managed over 300 residential units across Colorado, gaining firsthand experience in property operations, tenant relationships, and the rhythms of community life.
I also worked as a real estate paralegal for over 20 years, where I developed a strong foundation in contracts, compliance, and the legal intricacies of property transactions. That background gave me a unique edge—combining legal precision with a human-centered approach. I later became a new home and custom home specialist, guiding buyers through the exciting (and sometimes overwhelming) process of building or purchasing their dream homes. I’ve also managed a Rent-to-Own company, helping families transition from renting to ownership with dignity and flexibility—long before it was a mainstream concept.
As the market evolved, so did my mission. I saw a growing need for compassionate, strategic support for older adults and their families, which led me to launch my senior real estate division, CARE Senior Moves. This branch of my business is dedicated to serving seniors during life’s most delicate transitions—whether it’s downsizing in retirement, relocating for care, or navigating estate sales. We offer practical guidance, emotional support, and a trusted network of professionals to make every move feel manageable and meaningful.
